Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone is introduced into the CrossFit world by learning the basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular CrossFit classes. We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your CrossFit training. Our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, weightlifting and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will motivate and train you to get in the greatest shape of your life!

I was always interested in building strength and fitness, but wasn’t confident to hit the local gyms and compete with the herd and trying to work out what machine does what etc. Over the summer of 2013 I learnt of Crossfit and was happy to discover a box had just opened around the corner from my house. Almost three years later, I haven’t regretted my decision once. From the very first session, the atmosphere was contagious, with a strong group of training staff who manage to get the best out of everyone individually in a safe manner.
Since joining Platform Crossfit 2.5 years ago, I am the fittest and strongest I have ever been. I am a 46 year old who has been a gym member since the early 90’s and tried everything from pump classes to triathlons. Platform Crossfit is the most enjoyable and effective program I’ve ever undertaken. I feel that Bruce and the team are genuinely committed to helping me achieve my fitness goals and with their help I’ve achieved more since joining Platform Crossfit than anything else I’ve ever done. I’m so glad I joined, it really has hanged my life for the better.
A big thank you to the PCF Crossfit team for introducing me to the wonderful world of CrossFit. Right from the first session, I was very impressed with the CrossFit coaching approach, their clear concern for making sure I was doing the exercises right and their encouragement and good humour in making sure I get my best effort out of each session. I love the fact that each CrossFit session has a different variety of exercises and the culture of the gym is so friendly and supportive that I just keeping coming back for more, I’m positive you’ll love it as much as I do.
